Philosophy's SDY
The Swiss Deaf Youth (SDY) is an association representing deaf youth in Switzerland. It promotes three core values: skills and education to build self-confidence and self-determination, empowerment to transmit these values, and solidarity to keep the community united and strong. The association values diversity and individuality, and shares a common sign language and culture. It encourages the discovery of identity and community among deaf youth, and builds on innovation and commitment for this and future generations. SDY never loses sight of the importance of joy in its actions.
WFDYS 2023
The WFDYS Camp Korea 2023 took place from July 2nd to July 8th, 2023, on Jeju Island, South Korea. It was the eighth WFDYS youth camp.
